Hope, support, and healing through the love and care of Jesus.

Care isn’t just what we do. It’s part of who we are.

Life gets heavy. Stress, loss, questions, hurt, change. No one should walk through those seasons alone. We’re here to walk with you.

You don’t have to know exactly what kind of help you need. We’ll help you find the right next step.

We care because Jesus cares. We want Grace to be a place where people feel seen, supported, and reminded that God is present in the middle of real life.

Whether you need a meal, a hospital visit, a listening ear, or a community to walk with you, there is a place for you here.

Christ-centered care means we don’t just offer help. We walk with people in love, prayer, encouragement, biblical truth, and community.

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7

One-on-one care

Stephen Ministry

Sometimes what you need isn’t advice. It’s one person who keeps showing up, week after week, and doesn’t flinch at what you’re carrying.

Stephen Ministers are members of our congregation trained in confidential, personal care. They aren’t counselors and they aren’t here to fix you. They listen, they pray, and they stay, through grief, illness, divorce, job loss, a hospital season, or something you don’t have words for yet.

You’ll meet with the same person each week, for as long as you need. Men are matched with men and women with women. It’s free, it’s confidential, and there’s no end date.

GriefShare

Grief doesn’t move on a schedule, and it was never meant to be carried alone. There’s a room full of people here who understand exactly where you are.

GriefShare is a 14-week grief support group for anyone grieving the loss of someone they love. Each gathering includes video teaching, honest discussion, and a workbook to help you process your grief. Groups meet in spring and fall. You’re welcome to come, listen, and participate at your own pace.

Healing from trauma

Trauma REBOOT

What happened to you doesn’t get the last word. The past doesn’t have to define your future. God can bring healing, hope, and purpose from what you’ve been through.

Trauma REBOOT is a 12-week, faith-based, peer-led course for healing from trauma and painful experiences. Through practical teaching and a supportive group, you’ll begin moving beyond the pain of your past and toward renewed purpose. It’s led by people who understand this journey firsthand, with groups offered several times throughout the year.

FAQ

What happens after I submit a care request? +

Someone from our Care Team reviews every request and reaches out to you directly. From there we’ll talk through what’s going on and help you figure out the best next step, whether that’s a Stephen Minister, a group, a meal, a visit, or simply prayer.

Is any of this confidential? +

Yes. Requests for support, prayer, our recovery ministries, and Stephen Minister intakes are all confidential.

Does it cost anything? +

Stephen Ministry, prayer, and care from our team are always free. GriefShare and Trauma REBOOT have a small cost for the workbook. If that’s a barrier for you, let us know.

Can I receive care if I don’t attend Grace? +

Yes. We believe care is one way we can share God’s love with our community. We welcome anyone who needs support, as availability allows.

Is this counseling? +

No. Our care ministries offer support, prayer, and community, not professional therapy. If you need a licensed counselor, tell us and we’ll help you find one.
