Serving is how the room gets warmer, the kids get loved, and someone new feels like they belong. Whatever your gifts or your schedule, there's a team with a spot for you.
Every role makes an impact.
Every Sunday runs on people who showed up early, made the coffee, held a baby, ran the slides, and said hello like they meant it. None of it is glamorous. All of it matters.
You don't have to be a certain kind of person to serve here. You bring what you've got, we help you find where it fits, and you get to be part of something bigger than a to-do list.

Sunday Team
Greet, park cars, pour coffee, hold doors. Be the first friendly face someone sees on a nervous first visit.
Grace Kids
Love and lead the youngest ones, from the nursery to elementary, so parents can be present in the service.
Worship & Production
Music, audio, lighting, video, and slides. If you'd rather be behind the scenes making it all work, this is home.
Youth & Young Adults
Show up for students and twenty-somethings. Mentor, lead a small group, or just be a steady adult in their corner.
Care & Prayer
Walk with people in hard seasons, pray with them, and follow up so no one goes through it alone.
Missions
Serve beyond our walls, across Chico and around the world, partnering with the people God's already at work in.
Three things that are true before you start.
No experience needed
You don't need to be trained, talented, or a longtime member. If you're willing, we'll show you the ropes.
You're never on your own
You'll shadow someone before you're on your own, and your team lead checks in on you and prays for you along the way.
No forever commitment
Try it for a season. If it's not the right fit, you can step back or try something else, no guilt attached.
